Cleaning your precast concrete plant
automated - safe - easy to use
We look at the complete precast concrete plant to aid in your various cleaning requirements; starting of course with the mixer but also providing individualized automation and manual cleaning options for precast production specific equipment such as bucket conveyors, concrete spreaders, forms etc.
Depending on the size of your operation and the extent of production equipment that needs cleaning, we can work it all into one central cleaning system, providing all outlets from that one pump station and one electronic control, or we may recommend setting up multiple pump systems with their own control panels throughout the plant in close proximity to the required outlet to save on pipework and increase capacity availability. Cleaning outlets can be both automated processes where specific geometries are cleaned at the touch of a button or they can be an efficient manual cleaning assembly with a variety of easily exchanged lance / nozzle options on your spray handgun.
Safety always comes first - our first rate safety control continuously monitors the complete system and makes sure it can only be operated when alle safety requirements have been fulfilled (mixer lid(s) closed, bucket in correct position, cleaning area closed off etc.).
Your advantages:
- Increased production capacity due to massively reduced cleaning times
- Improved concrete quality
- Lower maintenance and repair costs
- Active accident prevention!
Perfect: Thanks to the adjustable spray pattern of the Walter RD3 nozzle system, even containers that are open at the top can be cleaned.
By the way, this unit is also suitable for buckets, which are equipped with a fish mouth closure.
Ideal: The swivel module positions the nozzle system perfectly in the rotating bucket.
Modular design
Walter mixer washout systems
The basic elements of an automatic high-pressure cleaning system for mixers are water, a pump unit consisting of electric drive and high-pressure pump, designed for the mixer size, and nozzle systems for the corresponding applications.
The use of the nozzle systems in e.g. concrete distributors or concrete mixers makes special demands on our RD3 cleaning heads. The cleaning head with rotating nozzles creates a three-dimensional spray pattern and brings the cleaning power where it is needed.
The robustly designed cleaning head made of stainless steel with well thought-out self-cleaning is able to cope with the toughest requirements when cleaning heavy soiling in the concrete industry.
