Cleaning your precast concrete plant
automated - safe - easy to use
Comprehensive Cleaning Solutions for the Precast Industry
At Walter Cleaningsystems, we take a holistic approach to meeting your precast concrete plant's diverse cleaning needs. Our solutions start with the mixer and extend to individualized automation and manual cleaning systems for precast-specific equipment such as bucket conveyors, concrete spreaders, and forms.
Depending on the size of your operation and the complexity of your production equipment, we offer tailored options:
- Centralized Cleaning Systems: Integrate all cleaning outlets into a single system powered by one pump station and controlled through a unified electronic panel.
- Decentralized Cleaning Stations: For larger plants or when proximity to cleaning points is key, we recommend multiple pump systems with individual control panels. This approach minimizes pipework, maximizes capacity, and increases system efficiency.
Our cleaning outlets can be adapted to your requirements:
- Automated Cleaning Solutions: Clean specific geometries at the touch of a button, delivering precise and consistent results.
- Manual Cleaning Assemblies: Utilize efficient manual systems with a variety of easily interchangeable lance and nozzle options for your spray gun.
Safety First
Safety is at the core of every system we design. Our advanced safety control continuously monitors the entire system, ensuring it operates only when all safety conditions are met—such as closed mixer lids, properly positioned buckets, and restricted access to cleaning areas.
Your Benefits
- Increased Production Capacity: Drastically reduced cleaning times free up resources for production.
- Enhanced Concrete Quality: Cleaner equipment ensures superior concrete output.
- Lower Maintenance Costs: Reduced wear and tear leads to fewer repairs and longer equipment lifespans.
- Proactive Accident Prevention: Advanced safety features minimize risks to your team.

Perfect: Thanks to the adjustable spray pattern of the Walter RD3 nozzle system, even containers that are open at the top can be cleaned.
By the way, this unit is also suitable for buckets, which are equipped with a fish mouth closure.

Ideal: The swivel module positions the nozzle system perfectly in the rotating bucket.
Modular design
Add-ons to WALTER mixer cleaning systems

The basic elements of an automatic high-pressure cleaning system for mixers are a pump unit, nozzle systems of the stationary kind as we use on the concrete mixers and we also have these nozzle heads mounted on motion systems; moving them vertically or at an angle to use them also in areas where they can not remain fixed during production.
To clean concreate spreaders for example, the nozzle head is lowered into the opening for cleaning purposes only, does its job there for a given time and is then moved back out of the way so that production can resume. Our tilting option for the flying buckets lifts the head up into the bucket from underneath, cleans it thorougly, is then moved back out so that the bucket can be returned to its starting position and can be refilled with concrete at the mixer site.
Same superior cleaning power as the nozzle heads inside the mixer but equipped with the little extra mechanical and electrical gadgets to also be able to use them in other applications. That way you get the most out of your WALTER cleaning system: one pump, multiple outlets, all cleaning jobs done!
