The RD3 cleaning head with rotating nozzles creates a three-dimensional spray pattern, covering anywhere between 180 and 360° of its surrounding with its powerful waterjets. The head's rotation is motor driven, which guarantees reliable operation at all times and prevents any sort of pressure loss for the water jets. The robust design puts the cleaning power where it is needed while taking care of itself at the same time and hence avoiding blockages in the rotating mechanisms. Both the choice of materials as well as the underlying mechanical structure ensure

For its main application, In mixer cleaning, the RD3 cleaning head is permanently integrated into the mixers. A wide range of mounting aids, extensions and nozzle types allows for individually adapted solutions for any type and size of mixer. 

If used for container or tank cleaning, the nozzle system is equipped with suitable adapters for the container /  tank openings and can hence be put in place for cleaning only and removed afterwards. Even the addition of chemical cleaning agents to the water poses no problem for the WALTER RD3 head! With the variable number and type of nozzles that can be used (all aligned with the suitable pump system) we can create almost any spray pattern required for your cleaning job!
