This solution can be integrated directly into existing cleaning systems in the food industry with minimal installation effort. The system is connected to existing pressure cleaning lines and can be flexibly adapted to the individual conditions on site.

The principle of automatic foam disinfection:

At regular intervals, a 10 to 15 mm thick layer of foam is automatically applied to the floor. The fine-pored foam – generated by a proven injector system – ensures even and effective distribution of the disinfectant solution. This reliably prevents germs from being carried by wheels or soles before contamination can occur.

The spray intervals as well as the duration and frequency of application can be individually programmed. The system can also be triggered manually as an option. A warning light indicates upcoming spraying cycles, ensuring that no employees are inadvertently present within the effective range.
