Cleanjet 1500: Automated Drum Cleaning for Greater Workplace Safety

Safety over risk – our Cleanjet 1500 at the “Occupational Safety Wins!” competition
We have entered our Cleanjet 1500 for the BG RCI Safety Award – under the motto:
"Dangerous manual work is a thing of the past – today, technology does the cleaning."

The Challenge:
In many concrete plants, workers still have to climb into the truck mixer drum and use hammers and chisels to remove hardened concrete – one of the most dangerous tasks in the industry.

Our Solution:
The Cleanjet 1500 replaces this high-risk task with a fully automated high-pressure system (1500 bar) that cleans the drum without anyone entering or intervening manually.
Everything is controlled from the outside – safe, efficient, and reliable.

The Effect:

• No more drum entry → significantly reduced accident risks

• Elimination of strenuous chiseling work → fewer downtimes

• Less noise, dust, and hazards for employees

• Safer and more efficient processes according to real-world feedback

• Compliance with occupational safety regulations (e.g. TRBS 1112)
