National Sales Manager (North America) (Remote / Hybrid)

About Us
WALTER Cleaning Systems is a family-owned German company with over 50 years of expertise in automated washout systems. Our technology improves efficiency, safety, and sustainability. We are the global leader in automated high-pressure cleaning systems for concrete mixers, reducing cleaning time by up to 90%.
In 2023, WALTER Cleaning Systems USA launched in Charlotte, NC, to expand our North American sales and service operations. Now, we’re looking for a driven professional to grow our U.S. presence.

Your Role
As National Sales Manager (North America), you will be the face of WALTER in the U.S., driving sales, building relationships, and helping establish our market position. Our customers include precast and wet-mix ready-mix concrete producers. You will work independently, backed by strong technical and administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
• Provide technical sales support and coordinate with our U.S. warehouse (Spartanburg, SC) and German headquarters.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events across North America.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in the concrete industry, ideally with technical sales or equipment expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly (domestic & occasional international trips).
