Field Service Technician & Sales Representative Industrial Mixer Cleaning Systems (USA)
Location: USA – Home Office (NC and SC) / On-Site at Customer Locations (mostly SE and upper/Eastern Midwest)

automated high-pressure cleaning systems for the concrete industry. We are passionate about enhancing efficiency, safety,
and sustainability in mixer operations. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with a warehouse in Spartanburg, SC,
we serve customers across the U.S. and Canada with strong local support.
What You’ll Do
- Install, commission, and service our automated cleaning systems at customer sites throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components, including PLC-controlled systems
- Independently plan and coordinate service assignments in close collaboration with our technical team in Germany and U.S. logistics support
- Provide technical support via phone, email, video call, and on-site
- Support sales efforts by conducting on-site demonstrations, identifying retrofit opportunities, and building strong customer relationships through technical expertise
- Travel regularly across the U.S./Canada with occasional trips to Germany (1–2 times per year)
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience servicing machinery in the concrete or similar industry
- Technical education or vocational training is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and electrical schematics
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing remote customer support
- Solid background in machinery installation, maintenance, or industrial field service
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
- Genuine interest and ability in career advancement opportunities through sales
