Participation Terms for the Bauma Contest
Walter Gerätebau GmbH, Neue Heimat 16, 74343 Sachsenheim, is hosting a contest during the "Bauma" trade fair from April 17 to April 23, 2024. Participation is open exclusively to business customers aged 18 and older. Employees of Walter Gerätebau GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
To enter the contest, please submit your fully completed contest card directly at the Walter Gerätebau GmbH booth at "Bauma." The entry deadline is April 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM. After this time, winners will be randomly selected and notified via email in the following weeks. If winners do not respond to the notification within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
The following prizes will be awarded: five Apple AirPods (4rd generation), ten thermos bottles, and ten mugs. A cash payout or exchange of the prizes is not possible.
The data collected during the contest will be used solely for notifying winners and for further marketing purposes of Walter Gerätebau GmbH. For more information on data protection and your rights, please refer to our privacy policy.
Walter Gerätebau GmbH assumes no liability for technical disruptions that may interfere with participation in the contest and is not responsible for any damages related to the use of the prize. Legal recourse is excluded.
